First of all we like to get to know you...
... so we always start off with fairly in-depth discussions (sorry but it's got to be done) about the requirements for your website. We prefer to do this face to face so that we can get to know you and understand the specific needs of your website and build something that truly reflects you and your business. But, we're all busy and if you'd rather not we can always chat on the phone or even use Skype.
Then we produce a formal quote
Always the least favourite part of the process, but it is required. Your quote will outline the details of what is included within the brief of your new website design and outline one of our two pricing options
What happens next?
On acceptance of our quote we will ask for a deposit that covers the initial hosting setup and installation costs and as such is non-refundable. Once we have received your deposit, work will commence on the design of your new website and we will send you an initial design for approval and further development within a five to ten working days. When you've approved your initial design we will work closely with you to develop the content of your new site ensuring that it is fully functional to your brief and fully optimised.
Your website goes live
Only when you're happy will your new website be ready to go live. Any email accounts that are required will have been created for you and you will be provided with handover documents and supporting information for managing your new site moving forwards.
Of course we won't just abandon you once we think the work is finished and you've paid your bill! There is a one month's grace period, where you can come back to us at any time for any minor changes that may have been overlooked during the initial development. After that one month's period, there are various options for keeping your website tip-top.
