PAYMENT OPTIONS

We offer two basic payment options; standard website design and build service and a budget option.

Standard Website Design & Build Service

This is typically how most customers finance the design and build of their website. You pay a 30% deposit at which point your web hosting will be arranged, site software installed and the design and development of your new website will begin. The outstanding balance will be split into two further equal payments. The first due one month from the start of the project and the final payment when the site goes live. If the site is completed within the first month then the total balance will become due.

All prices quoted are inclusive of domain name registration, web hosting, mailbox provision for the first 12 months plus the design and build of your website.

Budget Website Design & Build Option

If you are a start up or small business or in fact any business where cashflow is tricky to manage, this may be the best way forward for you. Spread the cost of the development of your new website over a time period of up to to twelve months to suit your budget and dependent on the overall cost of the website. All prices quoted are inclusive of domain name registration, web hosting, mailbox provision for the first 12 months plus the design and build of your website.

Deposits

As soon as we start work for you we incur costs on your behalf, so we are unable to offer a refund for any deposits paid.

Annual Renewals for Hosting Provision and Domain Names

Hosting and domain names need to be renewed annually. We can do this for you on a managed hosting agreement. Hosting is charged at cost plus a small administration fee and is usually in the region of £100 annually. A reminder will be sent to you in advance of the expiration date of your services. Payment is required in advance of the expiration date of your website services so that renewals can be processed on time and avoid any disruption to your service provision.

Website Maintenance Payments

We arrange hosting on a shared server for you and it is the responbility of the website owner to keep the site secure and free of malware. A hosting company may suspend services if your site has been compromised and represents a threat to other customers using their services.

As such we recommend that some sort of website maintenance is put in place to keep your site software up to date and your website secure. This will be discussed with you and quoted for separately. We can offer:

• A one time scheduled site software upgrade. The cost of this varies depending on the time elasped from the last upgrade or initial install if no maintenance has been carried out since that time.
• Ongoing updates as and when made available by the developers and keeping your site software up to date at all times. (Recommended.) Most customers elect to pay for this service on a rolling monthly basis. Prices vary depending on exact requirements.
